Sunday Sessions are the foundation of The Kaizen Path.

Each week, we come together to reset, connect, and build momentum for the week ahead. It’s not just about training — it’s about accountability, showing up for yourself, and surrounding yourself with like-minded men who are committed to becoming better.

Location: Kellyville Memorial Park
Time: 7:00am every Sunday (unless advised otherwise)

A few details

  • Please arrive at the park by 6:45am at the latest
  • The session starts at 6:50am
  • Optional extra: 4×4 kicks off at 6:05am (arrive by 6:00am)

What to expect

  • Breathwork to reset and centre yourself
  • Physical activity to get the body moving
  • Ice baths (optional)
  • Café breakfast after the session
  • Accountability and connection with the boys

What to bring

  • A water bottle
  • A mat to sit on

A few notes

  • Do what you can, at your own pace
  • If you’re carrying an injury, let us know so we can accommodate you
  • We finish with an optional ice plunge
  • Ice contribution: $10.50
